The process of working with Meredy was very easy as she teased out loads of information from me to help guide her advice. She gave me a clear voice and guidance to follow at a difficult time when there is a lot of new information being thrown at you. She also counselled me not delay start trying to lose the weight I'd gained since getting ill, while my body healed.
I think she was the voice of reason! Meredy gave me some straightforward suggestions of dietary changes and some supplements to take, all of which I've been doing. I do feel I am supporting my body in its recovery through careful food and supplement taking. For those thinking about working with Meredy I'd say go for it - she is absolutely delightful! Meredy is pragmatic and a great communicator so you don’t get lost in the detail.
