Thanks very much for all of the information - it was fascinating. I think Dad has a really healthy starting point but it was great to learn about some gaps that can be filled and ways to make it even healthier. Thanks for the practical recipe and ingredient suggestions. I know that Dad enjoyed the session and left feeling energised which is the goal.
