One-to-one consultations, programmes and advice are delivered separately through the Practice Better platform and are subject to their own Terms of Engagement, which are agreed at the time of booking. These include, but are not limited to, providing accurate clinical information, cancellation fees for less than 24-hours’ notice, and the timeframes and client responsibility for booking and using multi-session programmes.
