Juicing is one of those nutrition topics that often generates quite strong and polar opinions.
Some people see it as an essential part of supporting their health. Others see it as unnecessary and question whether it's worth the time, effort or expense.
As with so many areas of nutrition, the reality is usually much more nuanced than that.
Whether juicing has a place in your diet depends on a range of factors, including your digestion, your appetite, what you're able to manage, how much time and energy you have, your budget, your food preferences and, importantly, whether it's something you actually want to do!
What works well for one person may not be the right approach for another.
I've created this guide to help you think through some of these considerations. It provides some context around the potential benefits and practical considerations of juicing, helping you consider whether it's something that feels right for you.
