I contacted Meredy because I was having real difficulties with eating as a result of being on chemo and I had already lost a lot of weight.  I knew from hearing her give a talk that she knew a lot about the connection between diet and cancer, which for me was very important. 

She has helped me a lot because she is warm and easy to relate to and considers things holistically, that is she looks at the many challenges accompanying having cancer treatment (and post treatment) and their relationship to eating - and advises on managing these too. I have found her detailed help with diet very useful.

In addition, on two occasions she has made contact with organisations which provide additional support or treatment,  leading to help which I would otherwise have found difficult to get.
