EASY MACKEREL PATE by Allrecipes UK


Ingredients

Serves: 4

  • 2 mackerel fillets

  • 200g Greek yoghurt

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Method

  1. Cut up the fillets into thirds and place them in a blender or a food processor. Blend until smooth and then add the yoghurt. Process again for 20 seconds and add the lemon juice. Process until smooth. Spoon into a serving dish then place in the fridge until ready to serve.
